
This hits home. I have said/felt every one of these things.
I now make conscious efforts not to, or correct myself when I do. I try harder to reach out for help.
You can do it too! Tell someone you trust how you really feel. My ask is always open if you need someone to talk to.
This isn’t aimed at anyone in particular, but I really have been there and wanted to make sure everyone knows I will help if I can!
