  • Black Bear Yogurt- A mid-afternoon snack…well, lunch, really.  I got a kid’s size (being good with portion control!) pumpkin with chocolate sprinkles.  I like the pumpkin there, it’s very spicy in all the ways pumpkin should be.  Then after we were done, we heard some other people complaining about the Yogato…which made us curious to try it.  The guy made us two small ones for free!  (Well, I tried to be good with the portion.)  It’s just an affogato (which I’ve had before) with soft serve vanilla frozen yogurt instead of ice cream or gelato.  They were super delicious and we told the guy (who I think was the owner) that those other people were crazy and left him a big tip.  We were really full after that.
  • Museum of Glass- Third Thursday free admission from 5-8pm.  It was a lot smaller than expected.  Pretty, though!  I will go back!  No pictures of the inside exhibits allowed.  Got some of the glass blowing demonstration, though…I’ll post them up a little later.  Also bought three postcards for my collection.
  • Walk around the museum district- Most of the little shops were closed.  You’d think if Third Thursday is a thing, they’d stay open late for the extra business.  That was a bit disappointing, but we saw what was there and what we might like to look in some other time.
  • Fancy sushi dinner at Two Koi Sushi.  Everything was amazing.  Even the cucumber roll melted in your mouth.  Not sure how they managed that, since it’s just cucumber, nori, and rice.  I think we will be talking about that meal for days.

TL,DR- Jerome finally took me out on a grown up date and it was good.
