I can't sleep.
Not like that’s anything new.
Anyway, I was looking for new workout DVDs (my gym is closed for renovations) when I found this guy:
He doesn’t look like anyone I want to work out with.
Now when I DO go to sleep, I’m scared I will have nightmares about his creepiness.
I have officially exercised every day for a week!
I’ve lost two pounds. That might not seem like much (especially when you have as much weight to lose as I do) but it’s a step in the right direction. My jeans were already loose when I started, so next size down, here I come.
I’m taking baby steps to start liking myself. I go to bed at the same time every night. When Jerome’s here, I wake up at the same time every morning. At the moment he’s out in the field, so I’ve been sleeping in. I am back to using lotion and washing my face twice a day. I never liked playing with Barbies. Though I had a couple. I have a hazy memory of wanting and getting a Barbie hot dog stand, then using the hot dog stand and accessories to play with other toys.

Something happened to my hip. I really don’t know what. I didn’t fall down the stairs or anything. It’s really painful and I’m going to have to make an appointment with a doctor on Tuesday.
